"Greek Epigrams and Textual Modeling: ekdosis, TEI, ChrysoCollate" Study Day
The Chair of Excellence in Digital Publishing at the University of Rouen (holder: Marcello Vitali-Rosati) and the Antiqui.TXTes program (coordinator: Pascale Paré-Rey) are pleased to remind you of a study day dedicated to the textual modeling of Greek epigrams. It will take place on Monday, January 26, 2025, from 9:45 AM to 5 PM, at the University of Rouen and online (details below).
Mathilde Verstraete (University of Montreal) will introduce the day. In the morning, Robert Alessi (CNRS), Estelle Debouy (University of Poitiers), and Jean-Charles Coulon (IRHT) will present a modeling of some Greek epigrams using the ekdosis extension for LuaLaTeX. In the afternoon, Julien Dehut and Josselin Morvan (University of Rouen) will propose encoding the same epigrams in XML-TEI, and Sébastien Moureau (UC Louvain) will present his approach using ChrysoCollate at the end of the day.
